Tamara (short film)

Tamara was a short film that I was honored to be a part of! With a team of amazing directors, animators and illustrators, we were able to make a lovely short film that will touch everyone's heart. Please share this with your family and friends!

Plushies Part II

Since my last plushie post, I've gotten some requests from more friends and created some more! Each one was made for different reasons like Christmas presents, commissions, and just plain fun. Enjoy!!

1. Marshall Lee from Adventure Time (For Eryn' O Sullivan)

 2. Blue Totoro (For Cousins)

3. Vaati from Legend of Zelda

This guy's going to be part of a Nintendo Gallery and will be auctioned off very soon!

(Links will be up soon)

4. JuiceBox Logo (Christy Bontrager)

5. Babbit from Kodomo no Omocha (For Annie)

6. Personal Request from John MacFarlane (You should check out his work!)

Plushies!!

Aside from animating, I love to sew and create stuffed toys. Here's a few plushies I've made this year for several of my friend's birthdays or just simple requests. All of them are hand made with felt from Michaels and stuffed with cheap cotton. Each took approx 6-7 hours to make.

Loki (For Eryn O'Sullivan)

Hank the Horse (For Hillary Bradfield)

Ashitaka and JiJi (For Meghan Auer)

Iron Man (For Michelle Ikemoto)

Happy Birthday Mom!!

Thanks for all your love and support! Hugs and Kisses!!

Happy Birthday Dad and Happy Mother's Day Mom~

Happy Birthday to my Daddy!! AND Happy Mother's Day too!!

You guys have been awesome for your support during my job searching time period.

TOAST!!

This is a short shot I animated with Maya and a dialogue taken from "Invader Zim". I've gotten critiques from Scott LeFleur and Ted Ty and I can't thank them enough for giving me amazing feedback. It's always a blast to learn new tips that changes your animation entirely. Enjoy!!

A BIG Happy Birthday to my Big Brother Andy!!!!

This is a quick animation I did for my big brother, Andy Chen and dedicated to his adorable cat, Chloe. I don't have money to buy you anything, but I hope this derpy animation is priceless for you. Thanks for your support and such and I love you tons!!!!

Each animation dance was traditionally animated, edited and timed in photoshop, after effects and premiere and each took around 4-5 hours to animate and composite. I definitely learned that syncing animation to music is a lot harder than it looks. It was also heavily inspired by the Ren and Stimpy Show

Enjoy!!

The song is from "Rainbow Bunchie". I don't know who wrote it, but all rights belong to the composer of this addicting song.
